Reflection & Thoughts
It is true that many products for the ageing population neglected the users’ experiences, needs and desires. Many of these were poorly designed and aesthetically unappealing. The journal article showed how the research used the OASIS Process in the test participant recruitment and prototyping phase. This would be useful for me when I am planning for my design briefs.
