Thoughts & Reflections:

This report predicts the major trends coming up next year that we should be aware about. It is mentioned that income polarisation between the old and the young is causing intergenerational friction due to the increase in tax bills for long-term elderly care and we need to try to keep the older generation as healthy as possible. Older adults are also becoming more digitally literate, and using technology to assist with their health and well-being might be very effective. Perhaps, I could look at incorporating some kind of digital platforms where the different generations could be involved in.
